How much does GoHighLevel cost?

PlanMonthlyYearlyYearly saving
Starter$97$970$194
Unlimited$297$2,970$594
Founder (Pro)$497$4,970$994

All three plans include unlimited contacts and unlimited users. The main difference is how many sub-accounts you can run: a sub-account is one separate business or client workspace.

Which GoHighLevel plan should you choose?

  • Starter ($97) fits a single business or a freelancer with up to three clients. You get the core CRM, funnels, websites, calendars, email and SMS tools for up to 3 sub-accounts.
  • Unlimited ($297) is built for agencies. Unlimited sub-accounts means the cost per client keeps falling as you add clients, and you can rebill phone and email usage to clients at cost. It also adds basic API access.
  • Founder ($497), called the Pro plan in GoHighLevel's FAQ, adds rebilling with markup, which lets agencies resell GoHighLevel as their own software (often called SaaS mode), plus access to the Founders Club and partner network.

A simple rule: if you will never have more than three client accounts, Starter is enough. If you plan to resell the platform under your own brand, look at Founder.

Extra costs to budget for

GoHighLevel bills usage separately from the plan. Text messages, phone calls, email sending and some third-party services are charged as you use them, and the pricing page notes these fees can apply even during the free trial. For an agency on Unlimited or Founder, those costs can be passed on to clients through rebilling.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 14 days. Billing starts automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel, so set a reminder if you are only testing.

GoHighLevel vs cheaper alternatives

GoHighLevel's strength is running many client accounts from one place. If you are a solo creator or a single small business, you may be paying for agency features you will not use:

  • Systeme.io has a free plan and paid plans from $17 a month, with funnels, email marketing and courses included. See Systeme.io pricing.
  • ClickFunnels starts at $97 a month and focuses on funnels and selling. See ClickFunnels pricing.

Frequently asked questions

How much is GoHighLevel per month?

$97 a month for Starter, $297 for Unlimited and $497 for Founder (Pro). Paying yearly costs $970, $2,970 or $4,970.

Does GoHighLevel have a free trial?

Yes, a 14-day free trial. Usage fees for phone, SMS and email can apply during the trial.

What is the difference between Starter and Unlimited?

Starter allows 3 sub-accounts; Unlimited allows unlimited sub-accounts, adds rebilling of phone and email at cost and includes basic API access.

Are there extra fees on top of the plan?

Yes. Phone, SMS, email and some third-party services are billed by usage on top of the subscription.

Is GoHighLevel worth it for a single business?

It can be, but the Starter plan's $97 a month is high if you only need funnels and email. Tools like Systeme.io cover those basics for less.
